Rob van der Els is Managing Partner of Monitor Capital in Brabant and is responsible for building out our premium family and investment-office proposition in the province. With a strong network across South-East Brabant and North Limburg, he focuses on the strategic advisory of entrepreneurs and family businesses.
With twenty years of experience in wealth advisory — thirteen of them in the Brainport region at Van Lanschot Kempen — he supports families with strategic questions around wealth, entrepreneurship and long-term continuity. His specialism is structuring wealth just before, during and after a business sale.
Rob believes that good advice starts with a real understanding of the family behind the wealth. That conviction and passion stem from his own life: a blended family with five children and a love of sport and vitality. It gives him the balance and energy to guide families through major strategic decisions.
