MOOI Vastgoed Management is a real-estate investor affiliated with developer MOOI Ontwikkelt and Monitor Capital Investments. We take care of every step for (private) investors — acquiring, structuring and operating high-quality real estate — and, together with our long-standing partners and investors, respond quickly to opportunities in the market.

For our relations we acquire unique, high-quality assets at prime (A) locations in the South and Centre of the Netherlands, focusing on future-proof offices in urban (station) areas. We invest in appealing buildings in locations we — like our relations — know well. Management is formed by Bob Sanders and Jef Ubachs, an experienced combination of real-estate expertise and fiscal structuring.

MOOI Vastgoed Management is registered with the AFM as a manager of an alternative investment fund (light manager) and complies with, among others, the Wwft and the Sanctions Act.
