Rik Hendriks
Rik has been with Monitor Capital Investments since June 2026, where he focuses on supporting and optimising the firm’s operational management. Before that he gained over five years of experience at LIOF, first as a Project Analyst within Team International and subsequently as an Advisor to the management team. In these roles he combined market research, strategic advice and stakeholder management with a clear focus on strengthening the economy of the Limburg region.
Rik obtained his bachelor’s in Economics and Business Economics at Maastricht University, followed by a double master’s in Economic Development & Growth at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and Lund University. In his spare time he enjoys cycling.
