About the project
The acquisition and (re)development of Gelissendomein 5–7 — home to the Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center — is a strategic project in the heart of Randwyck. The partners focus on acquisition, optimisation, redevelopment and sale, with the aim of creating a place where working, meeting and representation come together, further strengthening the strategic value of Randwyck.

Providing and structuring project financing through a real-estate loan with profit sharing, including an active role within the project.
