About the project
Acquisition and redevelopment of the former VGL site (“Botermijn”) on Parallelweg-Nieuweweg in Maastricht. The strategy is to realise substantial added value through redevelopment of the site – including new functions and potential residential construction.
Monitor Capital’s role
Providing and structuring project financing through a real-estate loan with profit sharing, including an active role within the project.
