About the project

A high-quality residential development in Amsterdam Amstel III comprising 235 rental apartments, commercial units and a 2,110 m² plot.

The development concerns Tower C of the Cambridge Towers at Paalbergweg 1, developed by Eulitor Real Estate Partners. The project is located in Amstel III in Amsterdam-Zuidoost — a former office district being transformed by 2040 into a mixed urban neighbourhood of around 15,000 homes where living, working and recreation come together.
